-Course Overview

This is our foundational pranayama course, consisting of 16 lessons with each lesson approximately 45- 60 minutes long. This course is now available On-Demand and each lesson can be watched at whatever time is convenient for you and can be rewatched indefinitely as long as you need it. We recommend to work with this material for approximately one year unless you progress very fast. All other pranayama courses are built on this course and participation in our Level 2 and 3 courses is dependent on either completing this online course or one of our in person trainings/ pranayama events.

Prerequisites

  • Capacity to sit comfortably in a meditation posture
  • An empty stomach, i.e. practice before food and not after food


What you don’t need

  • An intermediate or advanced asana practice

Contraindications

  • Untreated high blood pressure, uterus inflammation, glaucoma, heart disease, pneumonia, bronchitis, hernia, dizziness
