Can be started anytime and completed at your own pace.
Rolling intake (you can join whenever you like), most hours can be done self-paced. Live-streamed classes take place throughout the year (except June and September). These will take place Saturdays 6am London, 7am Paris, 10pm Los Angeles and either 3pm or 5pm during Australo-Pacific times depending on season.

This Teacher Training takes place  100% online. 95% of the material is taught by world renown leaders in yoga education, Gregor Maehle and Dr Monica Gauci (Chiropractor).

This Immersion is suitable for anyone wishing for a deeper understanding of all the aspects of Yoga as well as for those who seek a professional education.

Our commitment is to give you an authentic experience of Yoga with the highest quality of teaching, in a supportive, nurturing environment. We want you to fully immerse yourself in the transformative power of Yoga.

This training is Yoga Alliance certified.

As soon as you sign up you can start completing the courses, many of which are available on-demand. On-demand resources are available permanently and are downloadable. Many of the courses and classes can be done self-paced, whenever they fit into your day.

Courses in Ashtanga – Asana, Vinyasa, Pranayama, Meditation, Nauli, Yoga Sutra, Restorative Yoga, Anatomy, Teaching Methodology, Sacred Sound and Mantra can be started right now.

Live-interactive hour are added regularly. These will be delivered during European morning hours and Australian afternoon hours but recordings will be available if you can’t join us live. Most of these hours can also be done self-paced.

You can start your training as soon as you sign up. You will also receive extensive teaching materials and hand-outs. There will be some assignments and a workbook to complete but these are easy once you have completed your on-demand and live video hours.

We also offer an online 300-hour Level 2&3 teacher training, a 200-hour in-person Level 1 Immersion in Bali, and a European 200-hour Level 1 training consisting of four modules over 18 months. A hybrid option combining in-person and online modules is available at either 50 : 50, 25 : 75 or 75 : 25% respectively.

We also offer a payment plan of four equal installments of AU$920 each. You can choose the intervals at which you receive invoices (i.e. monthy, bi-monthly or tri-monthly). You will receive access to materials relative to installments paid, i.e. if you want complete access right away you will need to pay upfront.
